Continuing in the static hypomanic vein, I’ve been taking 1mg Klonopin before bed and it’s really helping. It also helps me sleep better. I’ve never had an issue of falling asleep, but I do often have trouble staying asleep. And now the K is working wonders in so many ways. I am seeing my psychiatrist on Tuesday–we’ve only discussed this tiny medication change over the phone. I see my therapist the week after. I feel I need to get in pitch-perfect shape for this book thing to happen and stay sane about it.
