I’ve been hypomanic for seven years. No, most people cannot sustain it and eventually crash — or become manic once again. That’s because in the good ol’ US of A almost no one has the healthcare/medial resources to have a great doc who will be so concerned abt the doses of med and everything else that contributes to their bipolar disorder/bipolar treatment & recovery that they will work with them to titrate meds, listen to them about their own illness AND helath, and devise a complete a life.health regime to maintain a healthy hypomanic state!
