But, out of the blue this week, she contacted me because she said I popped into her head. She’s very intuitive, very good witch-y. I told her I am fine. Pressured by the new job, but doing alright. I was a bit anxious about getting my anti-anxiety meds, but Medicaid came through. Until I get employer-sponsored health insurance in November, I still have Medicaid for my Rx needs, which makes me very glad.
I have written that I’ve cut my therapy schedule in half, and think that is going really well. I am also in a group I’ve participated in for about four years that I also want to end. All this scheduled mental health maintenance is cutting into my writing time.
Oh, and I was interviewed this week for an article about living with bipolar disorder for everydayhealth.com. I’ll post it here when it goes live.
